The Law Office’s partners also have extensive experience in the field of arbitration, both from the perspective of the legal representative of the litigant and from the perspective of the arbitrator. Petr Mrázek acts as an arbitrator of the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic in Prague, is an arbitrator of the Arbitration Court attached to the Czech-Moravian Commodity Exchange Kladno and is also included in the list of arbitrators of the Swiss Arbitration Institute of Chambers of Commerce for international distribution disputes under the Swiss Rules.
