Insolvency

In the area of insolvency law, we provide legal services to both creditors and debtors throughout the insolvency proceedings. If our client's debtor becomes bankrupt, we provide the filing of the claim and we represent the client against the trustee who denies the claim and we deal with situations where the insolvency trustee incorporates the client's assets into the estate or asserts another right to it.
