Štěpánka Štelcigová graduated from the Law School of Charles University in Prague in 2014. Already during her studies she gained experience as a paralegal in a boutique-type law firm oriented mainly on international clients where she also completed her three-year practice of a trainee lawyer. She passed the bar exam at the beginning of 2018 and immediately joined the team of Law Firm Vítek Mrázek Kramný s.r.o. In her practice she focuses on labour law issues, contract agenda in the field of civil and commercial law, and corporate law. She advises employers in the area of conclusion and termination of employment relationships, including preparation and review of all needed documentation, including internal regulations on whistleblowers´ protection. She prepares legal opinions for clients on various issues in the field of labour relations. Štěpánka has been involved in a number of major acquisition transactions, including due diligence processes. She also has experience in providing complex legal services to a client operating in facility management.
