Klára Kulichová graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno in 2005. During her studies, she worked as a trainee in an Ostrava attorney office focused on clients involved in construction and authorized car sales. After graduation, she joined the municipal office as a lawyer, where she worked on general legal agenda, including representing the city in all types of court proceedings, as well as providing legal assistance to individual municipal authorities and preparing documents for decision-making of these authorities. In 2011 she was appointed head of the legal department of the municipal authority. In 2020 and 2021, she participated in the project commissioned by the Ministry of the Interior, Analysis of Obsolete Legal Regulations, whose task was to identify legal regulations in the Czech legal system that are formally valid but no longer have legal effect. She has been cooperating with Vítek Mrázek Kramný s.r.o. since 2019. Klára focuses mainly on real estate and administrative law.
