David Kramný graduated from the Law School of Charles University in Prague and has been with the Law Office since January 2006. In the years 2008 and 2009 he completed Master´s Degree Programme (LL.M) in International Commercial Law from University of Kent Law School in Great Britain. Within this programme he attended LL.M courses covering international trade law, EC law, banking law, competition law and law of international commercial arbitration. He became an attorney in 2010. David specializes in company law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, contract law, real estate, commercial disputes, insolvency law and competition law (especially issues regarding the Automotive Industry).
David is competent in English.
