Barbora Prokůpková graduated in 2005 from the Faculty of Law of Charles University. In 2023/2004, she studied commercial and European law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bayreuth as a part of the Socrates/Erasmus program. She has been working in the law firm Vítek Mrázek Kramný s.r.o. since March 2007 and as an attorney since January 2010. Barbora Prokůpková focuses mainly on personal data protection, providing clients as personal data controllers with comprehensive legal support to ensure compliance of their processes and contractual documentation with the GDPR regulation. Currently, Barbora conducts regular trainings in the field of personal data processing, represents clients in proceedings before the Office for Personal Data Protection and provides clients with advice in the field of personal data processing, including setting cookies, etc. Barbora also focuses on real estate law, providing clients with comprehensive legal advice on the transfer of real estate, the establishment of liens, easements, including negotiations with banks and state and local government bodies. Barbora also focuses on construction law and zoning law, providing clients with legal advice in the field of building proceedings, but also in the field of zoning plan, including the negotiation of changes to the zoning plan and representation in court proceedings on administrative actions related to the zoning plan. Barbora also provides legal advice in the field of commercial law, contract law, corporate law, insolvency law, civil law issues, debt collection and she represents the clients in the court proceedings.
