Dalibor Vítek graduated from the Law School of Charles University in Prague in 1976 and from the University of Economics in Prague in 1980 with specialization for foreign-trade. He became an attorney in 1994. Dalibor Vítek has gained extensive experience in the field of legal issues connected with foreign-trade activities during his long-term service with one of the largest foreign-trade organizations. He has represented clients in courts of justice as well as arbitration courts both in the Czech Republic and abroad, and has participated in the legal preparation of many complex international projects. He has held many top positions in trade and investment companies. He was an arbitrator of the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic in Prague and also the Court of Arbitration at the Czech and Moravian Commodity Stock Exchange of Kladno.
Dalibor is competent in English and German and also understands Russian and Spanish.
