Naďa Kramná graduated from the Law School of Charles University in Prague in 2006. She gained a vast variety of experience as paralegal and junior lawyer in three different law offices including the largest Czech law firm. In 2005 Naďa interned at the Regional Court in Ostrava and in years 2008 and 2009 she attended one year of study at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Naďa became an attorney in 2010. Since then, she has been providing legal services as an individual attorney and gained long-term experience with providing complex legal services to an important international client operating in facility management. Since 2010 Naďa has occasionally cooperated with the Law Office Vítek and Mrázek and in 2018 become a member of the Law Office Vítek Mrázek Kramný. Naďa Kramná specializes in law of business corporations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, software law, insolvency law, debt collection and registration of Beneficial Owners.
Naďa is competent in English and French.
